The Bannerman neighbourhood is located in Edmonton, Alberta. It is situated in the northeast part of the city, and is bounded by Victoria Trail to the west, 144 Avenue to the north, 137 Avenue to the south and the North Saskatchewan River to the east. The neighbourhood is primarily residential, with a mix of single-family homes, townhouses and condos.
