The Albany community is a neighborhood in the city of Edmonton, Alberta. It is located in the northwest part of the city and is bounded by the Anthony Henday Drive to the north, 127 Street to the east, and 167 Avenue to the south. The community is named after Albany, New York, which was the birthplace of one of the area's early settlers, John Walter. It is a relatively new community with most of the houses built in the last 20 years. It is a diverse area with a mix of single-family homes, townhouses and apartments.
