When my clients were looking at buying a property for their daughters to go to university they gave me some parameters. 1. It had to have transit system close by so they could go to U of A or Grant Mac., 2. Very little criminal activity in the area, lots of light 3. Condo board had to have strong reserves and a detailed plan for repairs and maintenance, 4. No street level parking, it had to be Underground parking (for safety) and if they could wash the salt off their vehicles there too well then that would be a bonus! The assigned parking stall is # 53! 5. Property had to have been upgraded, didn't have time to do a bunch of renovations. 6. Beautiful views of the city. With those boxes checked off they bought this property. The girls have now graduated and are moving on. Their condo took care of them and will take care of you too!
